i loved the place thanks to staff and food.

The bed was a little hard.

I loved its staff and location, very convenient building. Comfortable beds, a safe, an ironing set and a work desk in the room. Easy check-in was a bonus.

Came in Chetumal to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was great place for doing it. The property had a central location and it was a short walk to monumento.

The room I got was new-fashioned and impeccable with garden view. The pool was nice and I had cold drinks in the rooftop bar.

We liked staff and location, they were very good. The room was neat with garden view and had climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television.

The buffet breakfast option was delicious.

It has great location and amenities for a very pleasant stay for a short business trip.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Chetumal. The place was fairly clean, I enjoyed its location and rooms.

Better choose this place to stay when in Chetumal. I had accommodating well-designed room with garden view, very comfy king size bed, for instance. It was good to have warm drinks in the rooftop bar...

I had a really unforgettable experience. Lots of supplies in the room : WiFi, cable television and microwave. Soft drinks at rooftop bar, good service. Not to mention excellent wifi! A beautiful beach, superb view. Besides, I explored palacio de gobierno within walking distance of the hotel.

Terrific place to stay, fairly clean, would recomand. I loved the central location plus the staff was willing to help. Separate bedroom and modern bathroom. Beds were very comfy, food was so good.

It was a fine base for, great stay. The staff was really kindly, they were always available.

The staff was friendly, late checkout. The buffet breakfast was a big plus. This is like the best place to stay in Chetumal.

Buffet breakfast was GREAT. A mini-refrigerator and a fridge were a bonus. We loved the fact that we chose fiesta inn chetumal. Stay there and enjoy your Chetumal vacation.

Totally a nice experience. Kaapehteria is only a short distance to the hotel.
